Webinar Programme

The social media webinar programme covers three topics that can be equated with novice, intermediate and advanced levels. Further details are set out below but each session will operate with the sub theme of How to – When to – What to. The webinars will be delivered via Zoom and will consist of a mixture of direct delivery and discussion. 

The webinar programme is aimed at businesses, business owners and/or business association representatives who want to start using or do more with social media, either in a single or multi-platform. 

Each session will be scheduled for two hours but will allow a degree of flexibility to ensure that the topics are fully covered and all questions dealt with.

Each session will be repeated on at least 3 occasions, at different times in the day [morning, afternoon & evening], to facilitate attendance at your convenience and to permit different team members from smaller businesses to attend. 

Webinar topics

  • Introduction to social media for business use. This session will introduce attendees to a range of social media platforms [Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube] and outline the benefits of each as part of a digital marketing plan.
  • The use of multi-platform social media approaches to improve business performance. This session will follow on from the introductory session and will outline the benefits of using a range of platforms for improved benefits.
  • Using mixed media in your social media for maximum effect. This session’s focus is on engagement and will feature the benefits of using a range of media to increase engagement with social media content and the benefits to be derived from this.

Webinar schedule

Full details of the training schedule will be issued once it’s finalised. The initial training programme has been completed but it is envisaged that a further programme will be scheduled in February 2022.
